Press Release

HASTINGS, Minn. After more than two decades of serving communities across Minnesota, Stotko Speedling Construction is now Stotko Construction. The updated name reflects the company’s continued evolution while honoring the legacy built by founder Greg Stotko and strengthening its future through a strategic partnership with NCC Builders.

The rebrand marks a new chapter for a company long recognized for quality craftsmanship, integrity, and client-focused service. By simplifying the brand while retaining the respected Stotko name, the company reinforces the reputation that has made it “A Name to Build On.”

“This is about preserving everything Greg built while positioning the company for the future,” said Chris Kennelly, CEO of NCC Builders. “Greg created a company founded on integrity, craftsmanship, and lasting relationships, values that have guided NCC Builders from the beginning, making this partnership a natural fit.”

Founded by Greg Stotko after decades of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction, the company has earned a reputation for delivering thoughtful design-build solutions, general contracting, and construction management services throughout the Twin Cities and southeastern Minnesota.

“As I looked toward retirement, my priority was ensuring the company and the people behind it would continue to thrive,” said Greg Stotko. “Partnering with NCC Builders allows us to carry our values forward while giving our clients and employees access to greater resources, expertise, and opportunities.”

Chris Bauer, who joined the company during its first year and now leads daily operations, emphasized that clients will continue to receive the same personalized service. “Our commitment isn’t changing. We’re still focused on delivering quality projects, solving problems early, and building lasting relationships. What changes is our ability to offer even more experience and capabilities through our partnership with NCC Builders.”

Together, Stotko Construction and NCC Builders bring decades of combined experience across commercial construction, design-build, construction management, self-performed services, and residential projects. Their shared philosophy of collaboration, transparency, and early involvement in the design process positions them to help clients navigate complex projects from concept through completion.

The rebranding includes a new website, updated visual identity, and expanded digital resources showcasing completed projects, company leadership, and the expertise that has earned both organizations the trust of clients across Minnesota.

While the name is changing, the company’s foundation remains the same: quality craftsmanship, honest communication, innovative problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to doing what’s right for every client.
